Yeah, what's funny is that his lawyer is pleading his case based on "humanitarian and compasionate" grounds, meaning that if he gets deported back to India he'll be "presecuted" because of his actions here and that will affect his ability to get a job and lead a decent life.

Um, he's a drywaller for christ sakes...You telling me they don't have drywallers in India?

This murderer should be put on the next boat out of here...
