That's cool man. It'll take 3 months before you'll be able to feel the benefits of not smoking, but it should be worth it.

I'd suggest cutting out caffeine of your diet - at least in those quantities.. You can keep your coffee.. but go to a non-caffienated soda.. The 'spazziness' from caffeine WON"T help calming down...

I've consumed an entire jar of olives
half a raw onion
18 Cokes
3 jalepeno peppers
half magnum of wine
a ham
some mustard
one small unidentified bug
a block of sharp cheddar
a full pot of coffee
two bags of chips
and I've checked the door at least 18 times for people passing by that might be smoking.....

I'm gonna snap.....
