can you guys help me find some of the top paying sponsors that payout more for active members over the trial signups?

so far i have

CE
Sexhit (though i dont know if they qualify, but they payout a lot)
Bigplayers (they payout almost as much for an active member as CE does)

anymore that payout handsomely?
