Video Geeks Ive got a Question
Hard to explain but ill try. Im lookin to get a promovid made for a new girl. Now what id like is this, is this Premiere or the way its filmed?
A clip plays then freezes, lookin at say a street with 1 girl in it, the cam moves around the girl but the whole scene stays frozen.
Is that rendered or? Wish I know how to do that in Premiere or any other progam.
Hope this makes senses lol
