Well said.

My crew lost a good friend last spring to suicide over of a girl. It is a bad choice, for so many reasons, but no one is arguing he did the right thing. This is not the time or place to argue on the futility of suicide. WE all know it is selfish. And HE isn't here to hear your debate. So please have some respect for the people still here trying to deal with his loss and save the sparring for another day. It's always a bit stunning when someone you had any contact with does something like this, and you can't help but wonder if you could have done or said something to help them wait out the low point. I didn't even know him and yet my response to his thread seems so hollow...I wonder if I could have put more effort in and maybe made a diffference.

My heart goes out to those he left behind.
