I don't know the specifics of that case. I was just basing my post on what you posted.
I think that beyond the free speech issues, they also extend legal help to adult industry people who need help.
One of their events that I attended in Los Angeles last year (I think it was last year) featured a number of big ass free speech lawyers. A number of the lawyers they work with have argued cases in front of the Supreme Court.
Larry Flynt is also a big supporter of the Free Speech Coalition.
