The only thing that the Marine Corp has to match Army Rangers, Special Forces, Delta Force, and Army Airborne, is the Marines Division Force Recon Company.
My oldest son, spent 3 years in the Army and 5 years in the Corp. Three of his years in the Corp was spent as an instuctor at one of the Corps School of Infantry. He told me that Marine infantry training is better than Army infantry training, something I have always been aware of, so I will grant you that the Marine grunt is better trained than an Army grunt.
