Camp David was a really messed up deal, the palestinian state would not have the right to control its own borders, airspace and water resources. Would Israel accept the proposal if such things would have applied to them?
To demolish all settlements weren't in the plan, the plan was to give palestinians israeli land in exchange of keeping settlements. Basicly shittie land was offered and the palestinians did not accept it.
The refugees right to return was not discussed seriously, if i'm correct the only countries in the world that don't respect the refugees right to return home are Israel and US.
