It is his creative work to release at his choosing. Al took the pictures, they are his created works, Its called Copyright Law and he still has the right to not permit you to use them in any manor.
Unless of course you liscense them from him.
This Shoot was done under TFP in verbal agreement.
However you cross the line of what TFP is when you intended all along to implement them within your own commercial site.

Yes... IF there wasn't an agreement. And I'll be damned if I'm going to take legal lessons from someone who has blundered that many legal terms in such a short period of time. You don't know what you are talking about. If you ever do figure it out, let's have a conversation then.
You are assuming what I'm going to do with the pics. I haven't done anything with them yet. Just because I have a pay site, doesn't mean that I don't get to receive the pics for my TFP. But I highly doubt that my members would be interested in dark images where you can't even see me. And I didn't charge Al to shoot me, yes. I waived my modeling fee for him IN EXCHANGE for the right to use the pics. Get what a TFP is now? I know you are a bit slow but this is ridiculous!
