If the content is implemented commercially it is no longer TFP.

TFP is a term for Portfolio's which do not cross commercial lines generally.Is Bobbi's site a portfolio or is it a commercial site genious?
Where is this "legal" definition of TFP? Please show me this! I refuse to listen to anything else you say until you show me the LAW that says TFP can't be used for 'commercial' purposes.
