If you've downloaded a ton of software over the years, chances are you have tons of spyware shit you didn't know about. The first time I ran this, it came up with about 150 different things that needed to be deleted.

When you run it, it will ask if you want to make a back up of the stuff it's going to delete. Make sure you choose yes if you use things like the free versions of Eudora, Opera, and the old Cute FTP so you can pop the needed stuff back in.

This program is easy to use and you won't wreck anything if you choose the back up option.
