It does seem pretty lame to bring in dogs and helicopters and all that other stuff. If they didn't have the proper permits, just get on the mic and tell everyone to go home. No need to bust anyones balls or arrest anyone. I also think the confiscation of video tapes is bullshit and what you'd see happen in a country like China.
