One of my PCs is a PII 366 with 96 Mb RAM, and I do not understand one thing. When I do not have anything open, except for ICQ, ZoneAlarm, McAfee and Wingate. I only have 22% resources left, which is hardly enough to open photoshop without crashing it.

How can that be, I have another PC which is even older and that one has 88% left with almost the same programs open, but only 32Mb RAM AND that is a PI 133 (yup, those suckers still work

Is there a way to see what programs are running in the background? Maybe something is running that I am not aware of and is sucking all my resources away.

format C won't be an option:p
