This has nothing to do with the government just giving his ranch to immigrants. He beat a guy with a gun and was sued by the guy he beat. He lost ( actually never even defended himself ) and his sister gave the rance to the people who won the case to settle it.
Wake up call. If you beat someone up, no matter if they are on your property or not and they sue you and win and you don't have the money to pay them you will lose your house to them no matter where you live.

good point in pointing those facts out, BUT it wouldn't have happened had the government kept it's contract to protect us in the FIRST place. His action was AFTER the fact of the crime initiate. That's the same as if a guy broke into your home, you kicked his ass and hes sues you and wins. Believe it or not it's happened ALOT ! In some states you cannot use deadly force if someone breaks into your home! I know it sounds crazy but it's the law!
The tragedy here is a guy who needed some treatment ended up in another situation where his temper got the best of him, but the bottom line is his rights and safety were violated due to a direct act of negligence by his government and state.
That's the point the bleeding heart liberals don't fucking get. You have a BIRTHRIGHT to be protected. Not HALF protected or SOMETIMES protected.
As long as your birthrights are compromised for the greed of politicians and gangsters shit like this will happen.
