I am working on something to fix that, it a modified torrent server which act as a perm seed however it prioritizes piece distribution based on what is missing from the cluster. That way the more downloaders there are the more likely you can get a piece from a peer instead of a seeder.

But if you have a server and can create an ftp account i would be perfectly happy to upload some of my previously downloaded torrents.

I have tons of TNA stuff which i could give you.
