OK, found out what that is. You requested partner on the site via the form, that's a canned response for people requesting partner now. He did not send any email, the script did (it has a reject with reason option). So, he didn't target you, or spam ya. Please feel free to contact him if you still feel spammed, maybe he'll even set ya up with partner.
