Looks nice! I gotta get my pictures up from last week.. did almost the exact same thing as you..
5 days to see it all.. not really enough!!
just make sure you see Nova Scotia, and I wouldn't worry about getting to Cape Breton Island... the Fortress of Louisberg is neat, but not worth the 5 hour drive

Peggy's Cove is pretty nice too..
I didn't care much for PEI... It was fun crossing the bridge, and fun to drive in for an hour, but after that, it was basically a rural area with red soil and lots of potatoes
