This guy reminds me of a friend of my Dads. An old Vietnam vet. A good guy, but definitely not right in the head. He always comes up with completely distorted "facts". This guy hits the ground every time it thunders and refuses to carry the new $20 bills because he says the government is using them to track our whereabouts and the police can use the new $20s that are in your pocket to measure your speed on the highway.
