Last time I looked into them, there was certain criteria you had to follow, telling customers how long a call would be expected to last etc... it all depends on the exact service you offer. Better speaking to BT direct about it.

Very good point (maybe that's just something they do on Eastenders!!)! I've hunted high and low on the BT website but found nothing relating to this type of thing (I wonder why?!). Was kinda hoping for a bit of constructive advice before I gave them a call:-)
