second ... i think your right ..but i had a lot of guys tell me he was OK ... I'm not sure if they just did less biz with him and he was able to pay the small amount or what ... it seems as soon as the bill got in the few K mark this guy flaked out ... and started with the bullshit stories ... the money isn't going to make or break us ($8K) ..it's just the fact that i will not sit back and not get paid ... I'll keep posting and contacting him till i file suit ... I'm giving him every chance to contact us and pay a little bit at a time if needed ... I can say that it is the last time we use a dialer ... it's a shady biz with shady people ...you live and you learn ..
