Do me a favor go and do a search on Techie Media down and you will find tons of threads with downtime problems. I remember them having over 72 hours down a couple years ago, and many other outages. I am in no way bashing them, I actually like them and they are a great group of people, but they've had their issues, I just did a seach and found at least 15 threads asking why they were down.
Same for isprime, natnet, jupiter and others. No one is perfect.
