back to my point, because of the nature of this industry, there is a certain 'flexibility' in how people can choose to run their business. This is obviously the same with 'mom and pop' storefronts, however the clientelle and 'customer service' are very different. from the people I've met, the ones who treat their business like an acual business don't tend to get caught up in bs. I'm sure I'm just stating the obvious here, but there are a lot of high school antics that seem to run some peoples lives.
You run a business, not the fucking MOB, not a city, state, provice, or country. grow the fuck up. be a fucking professional and an adult.
Ellise and James were my friends long before they were by 'bosses' (if I can call them that).
