well my first impression is fake, but upon closer inspection this girl is very young (maybe 18 or 19) and her body would indicate that she is not the sort of girl who would seek (or need) augmentation.
since she still has a little "baby fat".
she is about 10-12 lbs overweight by model standards, and this has fleshed out her breasts.
very nubile girl, very cute, and i would vote 100% natural.
hope she does not get tattoos.
