a company here in toronto 2 people i know work at cardoneplus, they provide debit/prepaid cards to goldenpalace, plus many other websites, they do adult/mainstream and casinos.
just thought i would ask if anyone would be interested in getting setup with prepaid cards for their paysites, or mainstream sites. you could even give out at vegas, or any convention, or even you could carry in your wallet, when you are out, hand them out, with say a trial period, give the billing option to ask for a credit card to renew and so on.
