Sony PS has loyal fans....I can't believe there are people out there that think XBOX won the last console battle
PS2 sold 5x as many consoles had a huge game library worldwide in comparison. Nobody can argue that the XBOX had slightly better graphics....but a lack of some key games and one of the world controllers ever just was too much to overcome.
It will be interesting with this new war. Its a bit of a role reversal...
XBOX has first mover advantage....and this time sony will be the 2nd to come out but with more powerful hardware. I just tend to think that those that owned a PS2 instead of XBOX (which is TON) ...will just be like..."new xbox...cool but when does ps3 come out).
The only thing that can mess it up for Sony in my opinion is if their system is not superior to xbox....then xbox's first mover advantage will blow them out of the water.
Microsoft did a great job...but they wont compete unless sony fucks up til the next generation (ps4...xbox720?
