I also am pretty sure there would be a 2000 foot predator free zone around schools, parks and other places children go.

One news bite had a sherrif saying he wants to know where offenders are and if they are hanging out around kids, like going to a mall.

I mean sure I understand but a mall? is that not a place to go and buy shit?
