I went to ccbill in Jan after I finally realized ibill was just lying to us to maintain our suffering, whilst they enjoyed 100% of the proceeds that all of our members were paying ( to see our sites or in my case, my tits) so... let me just say that the offer to lower their RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED rates down to a low low 13.69% is retarded. CCbill is STARTING ALL IBILL CLIENTS at 13.5% across the board. it's still high but it's not 15% that magically morphed into a 100% fee from ibill eh?
