I assume you mean regarding any of our affiliates who want their own Partner Site, but are American-based? All our promo content is 2257-legal, but there *could* be an issue with profiles.

Our company is Costa Rican based with Canadian hosting, and all partners would be provided with Canadian hosting, but if you are a US entity there may be a problem.

It is something we are currently looking into, I'm no lawyer though so this is just from what I've heard:

In regards to how photos get approved, if the photo is approved before being posted, then personals sites are liable for 2257. If there is no approval process, then it falls under the ISP classification. Of course, having no approval process would mean some photos may get posted that are illegal (underage, etc...) so that opens new issues.

As of yet though, I haven't seen any official announcements or rulings from any adult dating companies, or related to any of them (re: the profiles). Many of our affiliates are US-based and have their own partner sites right now...
