1. You're English is poor so you'll get blasted here for that. Don't fret that shit.
2. Go to a couple of top sites that you've seen posted, for example some top sponsor programs and do a redesign (just for yourself) of what you think is good. Don't copy anything, just do a redesign / make your own design using their niche -- now you're on your way to a portfolio; at least something to show.
