Wow, this guy must have hit everyone up, he did the same exact thing with me, and just did not want to take no for an answer. No way are we going to pre-pay someone who I don't know and does not have any references. I told him to sign up for TCG and lets see what you can do, we do pay $35/sale, never heard from him again...
