Au contraire, Monsieur Lawley. The attorney is saying nothing about COULD... he is saying what is INTENDED, what the DESIGN is all about. And the issue of INTENT is not a little one. Nor are adult webmasters stupid enough to look the other way from a comment like that attorney's comment.
