Stuart ( "Cains" )... so has this attorney now joined the group of "tin foil" wears since he is talking about what could happen with .XXX?
For a start, I'm not affiliated with the ICM registry in any way, shape or form.

The Lawyer is saying it could happen, not it would happen. What he's hypothesising would involve .XXX being mandatory throughout the world, which is not be proposed. What the ICM registry is proposing is a voluntary .XXX TLD, nothing more.
