Obviously i'm not reffering to straight blind linking, but if that 300k tgp was using our FHG I can see the 8cents/click. We don't have popups and we don't have exits/traps.

first step you grab surfers attention. (Too many can do it.)
second step you make him join. (Several can do it)
Third step you make him stay for as long as possible. (Very few can do it)

If we can't bill them the most, we can't make you the most. Some times it gets as simple as that.
