Ben, I am here and alive, and like Mike said earlier, I have some life things going on. Since I got back from the show I have been slammed with work trying to get some other things going and commitments I made long before and during the show complaeted, which are necessary to pay for whatever the balance of the bill is for the software. I get your ICQ messages but when I reply I get the "user cannot be moved" message. I have 3 e-mails from you or Rita, one of which I replied to on Sunday night/Monday morning to let you know what was going on. As I trench through the other 2 or 300 I have from the show and other places I will get to any others you have sent.

That said, when I get out of my 3-day rut and caught up on the things I have let slip that put me in the position I am in right now I will get this all taken care of. I am not going to list out here on GFY everything that has gone wrong in the last 3 or 4 days.

Anyway, sorry for the lack of communication, I will get with you tomorrow when I get up.

Oh, and as far as MAVIS, no users that I know of have waited more than a few minutes to get support in the last few days, I have been just as busy on this end with support as all the inquiries usually come to me anyway.
