Yes, we are here. It may take some time to get to the "Rand" level, but we will get there, I hope. In the mean time, please email me or Shaliza and we can sort out your issues. I am trying to monitor boards as well. Rand has been helping, so you should have seen more than one post, for sure.

I got ePassporte on board tracker so I see a many of the threads.
Not expecting the same support but always nice to know where to find help if its needed some people really rely on ePassporte and I'll keep posting the contact info for you guys when I come across threads where people needs help
