I get the feeling what he's trying to say is that he sold content to fuel under a limited use license, and fuel went and resold his content to others, thus breaking the terms of the contract.

At least I think that's what he's saying. If it's true, then it's a serious matter, for him. I know I'd be pissed.

I'd like to hear what fuel has to say before consulting with judge Judy.
