Damnit! I burned my f*cking soup!
Damnit.
A day and a half of slowly simmering home-made chicken stock... then I leave it for a while too long while I am upstairs working and I have cajun blackened soup. The worst part is losing all that work, and not having any fresh home-made soup. But the runner-up has to be the smell of burn't chicken. Bleh.
