If you promote the dialer and someone starts to download it but then cancels, you can still redirect them to whatever page you want. You set up what page you want it to go to in the stats section. So you don't lose the traffic anyway.
Or just use the impression program and make 0.3 cents for every one of the bastards that hits your files.
