A vast majority of the people I have worked with through GFY have been phenominal. Every now and then, like in any business, you'll get the tough ones. It's the price of doing business and it's not the first and won't be the last time someone has a complaint. You can't make everyone happy.

The price based on customer concept is going to have you grizzled and gray in no time. Set some prices and then give discounts as you deem necessary. I'll talk to you about it in ICQ. I've been printing for 11 years so I may know a thing or two.
