SNOW very well may be having some troubles, very understandable. But the cable guy and landlord could really care less about your sponsors life troubles. I can see a couple days for a check or whatever, but 16 days for a wire seems a little extreme.
I'm sure there's some sort of explanation and SNOW will take care of business.
