I respect my clients and they are my only priority. They know that fact to be very true. I bend over backwards for them. I'm not perfect, but I work my ass off to make sure they are happy. Just today I had a client concerned about the timing of his content delivery.. Not only is he getting the content as he ordered, he is not getting it for free. Yep, I make a mistake now and then also, but i make it it right.

All in all, I have zero concerns from this thread. I will continue to take care of my clients in a fashion they have come to expect.
