MikeyBoy:
I don't intend to be rude, but I have a question for you.
Here in America, most people bathe twice per day, before they go to work and after they get off of work. Americans usually change their clothes every day...underwear, socks, shirt, pants.
The daughter of a friend of mine was an exchange student and was hosted by a Danish family. The family only allowed her to bathe twice per week. Before the host mother would allow her to use the washer to wash her clothes, she would smell her socks and underwear, and if it passed her smell test, she was not allowed to wash her clothes.
My question is: Would you consider the standards of the host mother to be within the norm for your country?
