This box is about to die - just finished uploading 10 gigs of important data files to a web server. So now all I wanna know is how to backup my Outlook Express folders and my ICQ contact list. Can i just save the mbx or dbx files to a disc? I have no clue how to save ICQ contact list - if i was to get a new computer and have my ICQ number does ICQ have my contact list on their server?

man is this thing making scary noises - death rattle - already shut itself off twice today - maybe it's just the power supply but i've been through too many fried hard drive disasters.
