Even if you figure people work part time, so lets say 4 hours a day.. 4 hours X 103 employees X $9 an hour $3708 a day in staff before benefits, taxes, and all that bs.

Or if you do
8 hours a day X 103 employees X $6 = $4944 a day..
4 hours a day X 103 employees X $6 = $2472 a day..
Again before taxes and crap..

Something doesn't add up.. So I'm going to assume some do it for free for traffic reasons..
