EU & USA offer diplomacy and some trade "benefits" for Iran > Iran refuses because they can't see benefits, rather tyrannic terms > Iran start production which
maybe can result in one or two mini-nukes 10-15 years ahead > The west threats with trade sanctions > Iran threats with higher world oil prices > Higher oil prices? Thats it! Lets attack them!
