So if a customer sees on a company website: Design turnaround 3-5 business days and printing 48 hour turnaround, not including shipping times, would you blame yourself or the company if you placed the order BEFORE talking to anyone to ensure it would get done?

If I would have received any contact at first then I would have simply said no. Instead they placed the order and then called me after the fact.
