So I was doing seated barbell military press a few days ago and the equipment that provides the seat/back cushion/rack for the barbell is fucked up. you're positioned in such a way that you have to lift off the barbell with your arms kind of behind your head/torso.
I've never had a problem with this at all before. I was lifting off 165 lbs (which is weight I could have gotten up 10x because I've done it before + more) - well for some damn reason when I went to lift it off, my left shoulder popped out of place.. it fucking HURT@!@!@! i set the weight down and i was bending over cringing in pain and finally it popped back in after a few seconds..
the past few days it has been sore as all hell but I think it's getting better. now I know to get a damn lift off for every set.
