I'm old fashioned. Her parents are worried. Seeing her parents worried upsets her. She wants me to just meet and talk with them so they at least know who I am and can see that she will be fine with me. If that's what she wants, I'm all for it. To just let her move down here with me without so much as meeting her parents is not only disrepectful to them but also to her. Family is very important to her.
