He ordered before speaking to me. I would have probably told him no or at least tell him that I could get the design done and he could have it printed in Hollywood for the show. My site is riddled with my turnaround times for all of my products.
If you call me and let me know you need it in an emergency then I usually do what I can to get it out. He never called until after the order was placed and it became and emergency.
