they did shit all in the 5.5 hours we had to wait in line, except bring some water around... half the people didnt even know the flights had been cancelled, but no one got angry or out of hand.
But the staff here at the Hilton have been great, and so is the food!
The cancellation of flights was something to do with a strike by catering over in London. The ticketing staff did a good job to try and re-route the hundreds of people on other carriers.
However i have spoken to families and they had to wait several days to be able to all get on the same flight to their destination
